What Is the Private Palate Supper Club, and How Does It Work?
 

The Private Palate Supper Club is an intimate monthly dinner featuring a curated four-course menu with thoughtfully paired wines. Each month’s menu and pricing are posted on our Menu page. Seating is limited to 20 guests per dinner, and reservations are first-come, first-served. Full payment is required at booking to secure your seat.
 

Despite the name, this isn’t a membership club. There are no dues or sign-up fees. Simply reserve a seat for any dinner you’d like to attend.

All dinners are held at Cool Branch Volunteer Rescue Squad, 3016 Smith Mountain Rd, Penhook, VA 24137.

Culinary Classes

Beyond our monthly dinners, Private Palate Supper Club offers hands-on culinary classes in a relaxed, welcoming setting. You’ll learn professional food preparation, essential kitchen safety, and practical techniques you can use in your own kitchen right away. Classes are limited to 20 studentss and ingredients are provided.
